Shanda Naidu is the founder of YALO FIJI,
a social enterprise dedicated to making a positive impact in the world.
Born in Fiji and having lived there and also experiencing the diversity of living in New Zealand and Australia, she has an intimate understanding of the culture and environment of her home country. Having worked in senior leadership roles across the globe, her experience is invaluable to YALO FIJI's mission. As a child, Taveuni was Shanda’s birth home, and it is an inspiration for The Soul of Fiji that so deeply resonates with YALO FIJI today. Nature’s wonder the unique Tagimocia flower is also only found in Taveuni. Shanda’s vibrant and positive energy is felt throughout every aspect of YALO FIJI's operations.
Shanda’s success in the journey of discovering all-natural brand of YaloFiji is a commendable effort and support by her daughter Shaalin, who comes with passion and expertise in cosmetology.
In fact, Shanda's lifelong goal is to create a care facility for elderly Fijians on the islands. The success of YALO FIJI owes much to Shanda’s passion, her commitment to making sustainable changes in the world, her compassion for those less fortunate than herself, and her determination to always push boundaries.
