YaloFiji's products are 100% natural. We create exotic and effective skincare by blending the purest natural ingredients with love and intention, to deliver pure nourishment for beautiful skin. All our products are free of synthetic ingredients including parabens, petrochemicals, GMOs, sulfates, synthetic preservatives and dyes, phthalates and triclosan.
No. YaloFiji's products are never tested on animals. YaloFiji operates in a sustainable and ethical manner at all levels of the business. We refuse to test on animals and do not enter markets that require animal testing.
YaloFiji's products are proudly manufactured in Australia
Due to the nature of our raw ingredients and our manufacturing process, we do not give out samples.
YaloFiji's products have a shelf life of two years. We recommend you use your YaloFiji's products within six months of opening, to use them at their freshest for best results.
YaloFiji's products are entirely free of animal products and are therefore suitable for vegetarians and vegans. We are animal advocates, and in no way support animal testing of any kind.
Yes, all YaloFiji' products are gluten free and contain no gluten ingredients.

Depends on how much you've bribed your postie. Also, where you live! The shipping estimates below will give you an idea of when you should expect your YaloFiji so you can plan celebrations accordingly.
Australian Domestic: Typically 2-4 business days, or 1-2 business days if you opted for express delivery. Eager beavers!
New Zealand: Typically 3-5 business days. However, due to ongoing staff shortages in the postal network, NZ orders may take up to two weeks.
All other international customers: Typically 10-14 business days. However, due to ongoing staff shortages in the postal network, international orders may take up to four weeks.
If you want to change your order please email hello@Yalofiji.com.au with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however our warehouse gurus may have already sent it out. (They can't help it! They love to be efficient! It's not their fault!) Unfortunately we're unable to add to orders once they're placed so you'll need to make a second order (and then receive two YaloFiji bags in the mail). Check our returns and refunds policy here.
