Shipping policy
We ship inside Australia at two rates:
Standard post (estimated 3-5 business days): $12
Express post (estimated 1-2 business days): $16
For international deliveries (outside Australia) ask us for a quote at hello@yalofiji.com.au or when placing your order. International deliveries are expected to take between 14-21 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that these delivery times are only estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order.
Liability:
Yalo Fiji’s Own enforces strict measures to ensure goods purchased from our website always reach the customer in a timely manner, in the expected condition, and in conjunction with our delivery partners. Whilst we do not envision this to be the case, should an event be identified where goods purchased have been lost in transit or not in the expected condition, Yalo Fiji’s Own will work with its delivery partners to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
Shipping Fee:
All prices listed on Yalo Fiji’s Own are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight and size of the items being shipped, as well as the destination address. The shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
Shipping Carrier:
We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. The carrier used for your order will be determined based on the destination address and the size and weight of the items being shipped.
International Shipping:
We are happy to ship to international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination country and the size and weight of the items being shipped. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
All delivery times may be impacted by:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Flight or shipping cancellations and technical delays
- Incorrect consignee addresses
- Customs clearance processes
